π’ HIRING: ADMIN / ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Admin / Accounting Assistant to join our growing team!
π§Ύ Duties & Responsibilities:
β’ Handle daily financial transactions (sales, expenses, receipts, inventory)
β’ Assist in payroll and employee records
β’ Process government compliance (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, City Hall, etc.)
β’ Assist in preparing financial reports
β’ Maintain office files and records
β’ Provide administrative support to management

Qualifications:
β’ Graduate of Accounting, Business Administration, or related course
β’ Undergraduates are welcome if with at least 2 years experience in government compliance and basic accounting
β’ Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
β’ Organized, trustworthy, and detail-oriented
β’ Able to multitask and work independently
