Sometime in January of 2019, a group of dedicated faculty with a burning desire to propagate their mission in providing quality OB GYN ultrasound service and education conceptualized the putting up of a center for this purpose. Thus Our Lady of Guadalupe Ultrasound Center Incorporated was born, dedicated to be a Center for Advanced OB GYN Ultrasound Services and Education ( CAUSE).
The consultant staff, armed with the core values of Order, Leadership, Gratitude, Commitment, Accountability, Unity, Service and Excellence moved as ONE towards realization of their goals.
To provide continuing educational advancement in OB GYN ultrasound, to uplift the competence of our colleagues in this field

...why the name of our Center is Our Lady of Guadalupe Ob-Gyn Ultrasound Center, Inc (OLGUCI) with tagline CAUSE Center for Advanced Ultrasound Services and Education?
...that there are several facts we have to understand about the image of Our Lady of
Guadalupe (OLG)?
The image of Our Lady of Guadalupe is shown looking downward in a pose of Humility but with Stars on Her cloak, surrounded by Golden Rays, symbolizing Her Quiet Mightiness from heaven. A black sash around her waist indicates that she is expecting a child, a rare depiction of the Virgin Mary as pregnant.
She appeared before the indigenous, pagan peasant Juan Diego in the remote hills in Mexico, an indication of Her love and caring mercy for the poor.
What do all these signify?
The Holy Image of OLG signifies:
- Humility
- Her shining brightness as the meek but powerful Mother of God and Queen of Heaven and Earth
- A pregnant Virgin and thus, symbolizes not only a Mighty Protectress of conceiving women but also of their Unborn babies
- An accessible source of hope for the poor and less fortunates
So, we named our OB-Gyn Ultrasound Center in Her honor because we want to project these values accorded in Her Image as we envision to continuously and selflessly share our knowledge as educators to our colleagues in the field and provide high quality and advanced ultrasound services to our patients, from all walks of life, equally and with the highest quality of assistance and care.
THE CENTER
Our center is conveniently located at the 4th floor of Azure Business Center (Ancar Motors), a prominent building along EDSA just beside Meralco Muรฑoz, easily accessible via private or public transportation. It is only 3-5 minutes walk from Muรฑoz Market, LRT 1 Roosevelt station and all the jeepney and bus terminals. It has parking slots for patients coming with private vehicles.
THE STAFF
Only certified, well-experienced and seasoned OBGYN ultrasonologists do the procedures from basic to advanced. Majority of the consultants are founders and faculty of the MCU-USI, one of the leading OBGYN ultrasound training centers in the Philippines.
