1. 🌞Dr.Sun - at least 10-15 mins in a day. You can get the best vitamin D that helps to absorb the all the nutrients and makes the body heal faster.
2. 💧Dr.Water - 1/2 glass of water every hour with 5drops of lemon/calamansi to make your water alkaline.
