Meet, Teacher Jeff— one of the caring and gentle teacher in Bridges 🩵

We ask her, “What is one (1) word to describe your experience as a teacher & therapist here at Bridges?” and she answered with— 𝗣𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲.

Teacher Jeff mentioned that patience will be the make-or-break factor in this field, as embodied by every therapist at Bridges. As many people have the skills to provide therapy and teach—yet not all of them have the patience to endure everything. Still, patience is only the starting point, because what truly makes his days memorable is watching the kids grow with the knowledge they’ve been taught—and along with that, seeing their patience grow throughout the months they spend in the clinic. This is something Teacher Jeff can carry for the rest of his life, along with the memories they’ve created.
