The Department of Otorhinolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery (EAMC ORL-HNS) is thrilled to announce the Grand Opening of the Snoring and Sleep Center, in collaboration with the Public Health Unit and in cooperation with the Department of Pediatrics and Department of Neurosciences.

We extend a warm invitation to all EAMC employees to join us for this significant occasion. This center aims to address issues related to snoring and sleep disorders, providing comprehensive care and solutions for better sleep health.

For employees interested in undergoing a sleep study at the Snoring & Sleep Center, registration is now open. You can easily sign up by either scanning the QR Code provided or reaching out to us directly. It's important to note that this service is available to all employees and is covered by Philhealth.

Ang Cochlear Implant ay isang kagamitan na nakakatulong magconvert ng tunog na magiging signal na aabot sa ugat ng ating pandinig.

Kasabay ng preparasyon ng opera at pag lagay ng implant ay ang speech rehabilitation therapy na naglalayon na pagtibayin ang komunikasyon, koneksyon at paglawak ng oportunidad sa mga may kapansanan sa pandinig na makasabay sa kanilang pang araw araw na buhay at gawain.

Sa araw na ito, ika-25 ng Pebrero taong 2024, ipinagdiriwang ng buong mundo ang International Cochlear Implant Day. Sabay sabay tayong magpalaganap ng kahalagahan ng komunikasyon at alalayan ang mga may kapansanan sa pandinig na mag patingin sa mga ekspertong makakatulong magbalik o magpagaling ng kanilang kondisyon.
