Sa MILKCA no need to take more than 2 capsules 💊 a day dahil required ng katawan ng adult ang 750mg ng calcium daily.

✅In ALL CASES pwede naman magpainom ng POWER TRIO💪 💊💊💊, BEFORE OR AFTER MEAL ay PWEDE 🍜🍲, without need to consult doctor or upline.

✅Sa Vitamin D, may toxicity level ito na 25,000 IU (25 softgels) daily for 6 mos. Meaning if maka 24 softgels ka araw araw for 6 mos, keri mo padin yan. Kaya wag matakot magpainom ng products based sa needs.
