Right on the heels of Tuesday's good news, here she is: our second Vierra Momma of the week. 💕

She came to me with PCOS — and APAS, a condition that makes pregnancy extra challenging. But she refused to let it steal her dream.

No long waits. No complicated protocols.
Just one cycle of Letrozole. One positive test. One beautiful beginning.

Against the odds. Through the fear. She held on — and now she's carrying her rainbow. 🤍
