One year TTC now 6 weeks pregnant. 🤍

With distance between them—she in El Nido, him in Cavite as a member of the military—the journey wasn’t easy. But they kept showing up for their dream despite LDR challenges.

She came to see me on February 28. We did follicle monitoring and saw one dominant follicle—everything was in place. With the right timing and guidance, we proceeded and trusted the process. ✨

Sometimes, it really is about catching the right moment—and having the courage to believe it will come.

We just did our follow up consultation online and I’m so happy for these two!

Looking forward to seeing her again in two weeks as we continue this journey together. 🤍

2 years in the making — and after just 1 cycle of Letrozole, she's happily pregnant. 🤰✨

A PCOS journey that started in 2019. After their wedding, they chose to fully commit to their health together. 🤍

They made intentional changes: more greens, less sugar, brown rice, daily vitamins. More rest, less stress. And in just 2 months, real progress — 15 pounds lost by our PCOS mommy.

That weight loss, combined with one cycle of Letrozole, made all the difference.

Now they're glowing — stepping into this new chapter with a healthy pregnancy and so much love. 👶🤍

Sometimes, motherhood comes just in time. ✨

She waited 2 years. PCOS made it harder. Her seafarer husband stayed for 5 months — but by the last month, she was crying. Time was running out.She traveled all the way from La Union, hoping for a miracle. With me? Just one cycle — when it mattered most. It was make or break.

I assured her: if not this cycle, maybe when your husband comes back after 9 months. But with God's grace, we didn't have to wait.

February 12 — she was expecting her period. Instead, she got a positive pregnancy test. Two days after her husband left. 💗

Now, almost 8 weeks pregnant. A true buzzer be**er. 👶✨

After 3 years of TTC since they got married, this is what they have been praying for! A baby on the way 🍼Lanie found out she has PCOS 2 years ago, and I saw them last October. We started their journey just last December 2025 and now we are here. To my TTC patients, this is what I mean when I say that aside from the vitamins and other medications, what will help you is a major lifestyle and diet change.Lanie and Mike avoided processed and fast food, it also helped that Lanie tried the Fertility Yoga I told her about. I’m so happy for these two! After just 1 cycle of Letrozole, they are now expecting a baby!
