Patient: Doc, I want improvement on the general appearance of my nose pero Doc yung ako parin..
Ayaw ko rin ng foreign body.
Me: Okay let’s define your tip, emphasize your existing bridge height with very minimal augmentation.
Ipasok din natin konte ang alars mo.

Patient: Cge Doc.. basta yung ako parin ah.
Me: Yeah mag stick lng ako sa mga requests mo.

I believe this is the same clinic (Dr. Richard) who also used my name before (though they change their clinic name routinely).

To everyone looking for any plastic/cosmetic/aesthetic procedures (Fillers and “Botox” included) in our country, ALWAYS go for:

1) FILIPINO Medical Doctors as RECIPROCITY Laws do not exist in medical practice.

Sa madaling sabi po, Ako po ay hindi pwdeng mag Rhinoplasty sa ibang bansa kahet na ako ay Board-Certified Surgeon dito sa atin.

Just the same, ang Foreign Doctors ay hindi pwdeng mag perform ng any procedure, surgical man o medical dito sa ating bansa.

2) Medical Doctor- not just any Aestheticians.
Hindi naman po pwde na kahit sino na lng na gustong mag negosyo ng medical practice ay pwdeng gumawa nito- especially fillers and “botox” injections kahit na hindi sila Doktor.

Yes, I only do 1 surgery per day (at the most 2 every Tue and or Thur) hanggang ngayon to keep each procedure my masterpiece.

Oh and 1 more thing..

I will be the one to remove your sutures to make sure all is going well and whatever concerns you have will be answered for your peace of mind and reassurance.

Patient: Doc, from No Implant Rhinoplasty.. I have changed my mind:
“Final na Doc, my preference is yung pinakamagandang ilong for me😂 Yung pak na nose pero di halatang ginawa lang.”
Me: Yan.. sabihin mo lang na “pak” basta autologous rib kahit ano possible.

Patient: Eh Doc, I am still breastfeeding. Can I still carry on?
Me: Yes pwdeng pwde, ibaba ko onte ang incision to avoid ur breast tissues. Pump and dump ka lng for the first 24 hours postop para hindi tutulog-tulog si baby dahil sa general anesthesia natin.😂

Patient: Doc! It’s my 1st month postop. Pwde ba diba ang light make up?
Me: Wow! Bagay ba bagay sayo. lalo na pagtagal.

Patient: Doc, pwde bang drastic pero medyo natural look parin?
Me: Yes pwde naman.. if galawin natin lahat- tip, bridge and alars mo drastic na ang outcome nyan. Basta ready ka ha, medyo maiiba ang looks mo.

Patient: Sure Doc I am mentally prepared for this.
Can we do Doc? I live abroad kasi.. I am afraid of complications like infection/rejection.
Me: Yeah, autologous (your own) rib rhino is best for you.
No rejection and very resistant to infection.
We will use my IRONMAN rib dicing apparatus for a consistent diced particle size. Para din hindi mag “warp” ang rib material natin.

Patient: Let’s do it, Doc!
Me: Yeah.. IRONMAN rib rhinoplasty it is!👃🏼💪🏼👌🏼😇
