Air Quality Index levels have reached unhealthy ranges, and the community is encouraged to take precautionary measures to reduce exposure. Wearing an N95 mask outdoors, staying indoors when possible, and limiting outdoor activities—especially for sensitive groups—are recommended.

WEAR YOUR FACEMASK, QCITIZENS! 😷

Base sa Air Quality Index (AQI) ngayong 4:00PM, may ilang bahagi ng Quezon City ang nagtala ng “UNHEALTHY” at “ACUTELY UNHEALTHY” na kalidad ng hangin.

Pinapayuhan ang lahat na:
- Iwasan ang paglabas ng bahay at limitahan ang paggamit ng sasakyan
- Iwasan ang lugar na may matinding traffic
- Manatili sa bahay kung may heart/respiratory disease.

Kung di maiiwasan ang pag-alis, lalo na sa mga senior citizens, buntis at may respiratory diseases tulad ng hika, huwag kalimutang magsuot ng face mask.

Experiencing tooth pain or in need of tooth extraction services?

🦷 The Health Services Office (HSO) Dental Clinic now offers tooth extraction services.
Additional services such as fillings (pasta) and prophylaxis (cleaning) will be available soon upon the arrival of the remaining dental equipment.
