The patient is a known case of Online clerkship and was noted to have lack of clinical skills but with enthusiasm and eagerness to learn. No fever, cough, colds, and no other subjective complaints were noted.
1 year PTA, patient was admitted in our institution (c/o APMC) for the first time with the risk of exposure to COVID-19. Patient was assigned to different rotations and was advised (-) stipend, (+) very limited parking, (-) free meals. Patient was also given guidance, memorable experiences, and learnings, associated with needle pricks, fatigue, changes in sleep pattern, occassional sama ng loob, palpitations, burning epigastic pain due to stress, and frequent episodes of DOB and sense of impending doom upon referrals. 🤯
During the interim, still with above symptoms, patient had weight loss due to 12hr NPO status, and more frequent episodes of DOB as exacerbated by OB and ABTC patients. The patient also gained a lot of valuable skills and knowledge from co-interns and mentors. Patient is awaiting orders for MGH. 🥺
