Founded on the 14th day of October 1966, the UP SCINTILLA JURIS Fraternity is historically a response to the days of disquiet engendered by the Marcos Regime; still it continues in its battles: to propagate the Rule of Law, Intellectual Integrity, and Academic Excellence, and to change the prevailing fraternity system in current society.
