Tight lats can mess up more than you think.
If your shoulders feel restricted overhead or your lower back keeps arching during lifts, your lats might be too tight. That tension can limit shoulder motion and even contribute to low back pain.
We use dry needling, followed by mobility exercise so the release actually translates into better movement.
