Kadalasan ay walang sintomas ang CKD at maaaring mawala ang hanggang 90% ng paggana ng bato bago lumabas ang anumang palatandaan. Gayunpaman, maaari itong matukoy sa pamamagitan ng simpleng pagsusuri tulad ng pagsusuri ng ihi upang makita kung may protina, at pagsusuri ng dugo upang masukat ang antas ng creatinine.

Kapag lumalala na ang CKD, maaaring maranasan ang mga sintomas tulad ng pamamaga ng bukong-bukong, panghihina, hirap mag-concentrate, kawalan ng gana, at mabula na ihi.

MDCC is dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients with kidney disease. As we continue to grow, we are looking for passionate and qualified professionals to join our team. We are currently hiring for the following positions:

***(2) Head Nurse***
*Full-time
*Registered Nurse (RN) with valid license.
*Proven leadership and team management skills.
*Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
*With a minimum experience of at least 2 to 3 years in dialysis care is a strong advantage.

** Staff Nurses***
*Full-time
*Registered Nurse (RN) with valid license.
*With a minimum experience of at least 6 mos to 1 year in dialysis care is a strong advantage.
NOTE: No HD experience is accepted. Willing to train for FREE.

***(1) Administrative Officer***
*Full-time
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
*Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
*Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
*With a minimum required experience of at least 1 to 2 years in healthcare administration or related field.
