โœ…Ang LDL (low density lipoprotein) ay isa sa mga nakikita sa lipid profile o cholesterol test. Mataas ito kung ito ay 160 ,g/dL o higit pa sa dugo.

๐ŸšจNakukuha ang LDL sa pagkain ng SOBRA-SOBRANG PAGKAIN ng mga pagkaing mataas sa SATURATED at TRANS FAT gaya ng:
- mga fastfood
- butter at heavy cream
- processed meats
- fatty meats
- coconut at palm oil
- lard
- pastries, cakes at cookies

๐ŸšจAng sobra-sobrang LDL na napoproduce ay nagdedeposit sa mga ugat at nagiging PLAQUES

๐ŸšจAng mga PLAQUE ay maaaring magdulot ng pagbabara ng daloy ng dugo at mauwi sa HEART ATTACK at STROKE

The holidays are a time for sharing meals, but improper food handling can increase the risk of acute gastroenteritis (diarrhea, vomiting, stomach pain).
