The Government of India has officially designated September 23 as the fixed date for celebrating every year, coinciding with the autumnal equinox, when day and night are nearly equal. This natural balance mirrors Ayurvedaโs core philosophy: harmony between mind, body, and environment ๐๐ฅฆ๐
