Teacher Sarah Ji started as a yoga practitioner in 2014 after 7 years of corporate work experience. It was a big shift that led her to spend a total of 2.3 years journeying in between India and Thailand to study a number of mind and body lessons that focused on bodywork techniques. She had given sessions to a wide variety of people from around the world for the past 7 years, and had been invited at different communities as well as on several news channels to share the benefits of these holistic practices as life skills.

The Government of India has officially designated September 23 as the fixed date for celebrating every year, coinciding with the autumnal equinox, when day and night are nearly equal. This natural balance mirrors Ayurvedaโ€™s core philosophy: harmony between mind, body, and environment ๐ŸŒž๐Ÿฅฆ๐ŸŒœ

Glad to participate in the event of Embassy of India, Manila, with guest speakers that conveyed the timeless relevance of Ayurvedic principles ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ณ๐Ÿ‘จ๐Ÿฝโ€๐Ÿซ๐Ÿฅ˜

As we wrap up this August, I am sharing today some moments with my clients ๐Ÿ‘ญ๐Ÿป๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ’œ

We started with one-on-one private yoga classes in the second half of 2024, and in just less than a year of seeing me once a week, the client who is in her 50s happily shared the following good news:

โœ…๏ธ no more wrist pain ๐Ÿ’ข
โœ…๏ธ chronic backpain is less and manageable ๐Ÿ™…๐Ÿฝโ€โ™€๏ธ
โœ…๏ธ don't go for acupuncture and myotherapy sessions anymore ๐Ÿชก
โœ…๏ธ bought her own set of yoga props for personal practice ๐Ÿง˜๐Ÿฝโ€โ™€๏ธ
โœ…๏ธ invited a close friend to share the benefits of her yoga time ๐Ÿ‘ฅ๏ธ

It is really important to have PATIENCE with the PROCESS. It's going to take TIME, and it's going to be difficult at first. Then, one day, you will look back on your yoga journey with reverence. You will have a deep appreciation for the process, a full understanding of why healing had to happen unhurriedly โœจ๏ธ๐Ÿ’†๐Ÿฝโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ’ฏ

Let this month be a reminder: is worth making time for. Let's reset, restore, and reclaim wellness -- TOGETHER ๐Ÿคฒ๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ
