We have a TTC patient who has PCOS, and endometrial polyp. On hysteroscopy, the polyp was almost 2cm, and she had focal endometrial thickenings. We did transcervical resection of polyp and targeted focal endometrium. We will wait for the biopsy and move on to our step 2 of our ttc management.
