refrain by using plastic cups and buys a tumbler or a cup to your office for your hot/cold drinks.

REDUCE
from refraining you will reduce wastes and save a lot of money.

REUSE
reusable bottles, bags and utensils is the best idea for conservation.

REPURPOSE
transform into upcycling the items by creatively into something new like old shirt into a vintage bags or dress for your little ones.

RECYCLE
convert waste materials into new products. Provide different trash bins in your office to identify waste.

REVERSE LUNGES
How to do it:
1. Stand with your feet at least width apart and hands on your hips.
2. Step back with your right leg, come up onto the toe of your back foot. Bend both knees so that the right front knee is bent directly over the ankle and the back knee is close to the floor. Your rear knee should drop to about few inches from the floor.
3. Push through the front heel to return to the starting position .
4. Alternate between legs.

ROTATIONAL JACKS
1. Stand with your feet together and your hands tighter at the chest level.
2. Drop to a half squat position as you jump your legs apart.
3. Bring your right hand to the floor as you raise the left arm up to the sky.
4. Reverse and repeat.

REVERSE DIPS
1. Position yourself in front of a stable table. Put your hands on the table behind you at the shoulder-level distance.
2. Place your feet out to make your body approximately 45 degrees to the floor.
3. Bending the elbow to bring your body down to the floor.
From the bottom position, push through the arm to return to the start position. Ensure not to pulse with your body to provide the momentum.

REAR DELT FLY
1. Stand with feet slightly wider than the shoulder-width apart.
2. Bend at the waist and drop your knees so that your trunk is at least 45 degrees angle to the floor.
3. From an arms extended at your sides position, row the up to your rib cage. Lower and repeat.

ROCKET JUMPS
1. Stand with your hands positioned at the chest level.
2. Do squat position so that your thighs are parallel to the floor.
3. Move into a jump as your feet clear the floor, move your hands together over your head and reach up.
4. Land softly on the balls of your feet.
