The East Avenue Medical Center - Department of Hospital Dentistry is hosting a 2-Day “Radiation Protection and Safety Training Course” on February 28 to March 1, 2026 (8:00 AM-5:00 PM) at the Feliciano Belmonte Auditorium, 7th floor, East Avenue Medical Center.

This intensive course provides dentists with the radiation protection principles, safety protocols, and regulatory competencies needed to qualify for Radiation Protection Officer (RPO) accreditation in dental facilities as stipulated in the DOH Administrative Order No. 2020-0035.

The training will be led by esteemed medical physicists, Professor Agnette dP. Peralta, MSc, MHA and Professor Daniel D. Vicario, MSc.

The clinic is still undergoing renovation and is only available for EMERGENCIES, ADMITTED PATIENTS, and PATIENTS WITH REFERRALS FOR DENTAL CLEARANCES ONLY (ex. chemotherapy, radiotherapy).

Thank you for your understanding. Hopefully the renovation will be done by the end of February.
