Since DTI and DOLE already announced the MANDATORY use of Face Shields in (1) Public Transportations - including Company vehicles/shuttles and (2) Workplace effective August 15, 2020.

The question that most Companies is asking would be "WHO PAYS FOR THE FACEMASK and FACESHIELDS OF EMPLOYEES?" Are Companies required to provide them for FREE to all employees?

I believe the answer can be reference to DOLE Labor Advisory Nos. 18 , Series of 2020 which is the Guidelines on the Cost of COVID-19 Prevention and Control Measures which directs employers to shoulder the cost of COVID-19 prevention and control measures.
