Healthy Chicken Recipe: Steamed Ginger Scallion Chicken na sobrang sarap at hahanap-hanapin mo kahit healthy recipe siya!

Chicken:
2-3 pcs chicken leg quarters
salt
ginger
goji berries (optional)
green onions (optional)

Ginger Scallion Sauce:
1/2 cup green onions, sliced
2 tbsp ginger, grated or minced
1 tbsp garlic, grated or minced
1/4 tsp salt
2-3 tbsp of hot oil
1/2 cup chicken broth/katas
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp sesame oil (optional)

Try these Garlic Noodles as a side dish for your steak! Simple lang ng ingredients, pero na-level up ng Emborg Grated Parmesan Cheese!

Ingredients:
160-200 grams dry spaghetti (for 2 pax)

4 tbsp butter
8 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp fish sauce
green onion
1 tsp sugar
salt
black pepper
1 bulb roasted garlic (optional)
(adjust seasoning to your liking)
1/4 cup Emborg Grated Parmesan Cheese

Easy and healthy Chicken & Broccoli for heart month! Important note na gumagamit kami ng Golden Fiesta Canola Oil pag nagluluto ng healthy food kasi ito yung most prescribed canola oil ng mga doctor kasi meron tong Phytosterols thst help reduce bad cholesterol.

For marinating the chicken:

600 grams chicken breast cut into ¼ inch slices
3 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon Shaoxing cooking wine
sprinkle of salt
¼ teaspoon baking soda
2 tablespoons cornstarch

For the sauce:

1/4 cup soy sauce
1/3-2/3 cup water
2-3 tbsp white sugar
2 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoons sesame oil

For the rest of the dish:
1 head broccoli, blanched or quickly boiled
4 cloves garlic minced
1½ tablespoons ginger minced (about a 1 inch k**b)
