The most complex urethral strictures can be repaired in multiple stages to give the best chance of success. 19-year old na lalake na naoperahan nung kabataan nya para sa hypospadias pero nagkaroon ng mahabang peklat (stricture) sa daanan ng ihi. Kelangan tanggalin un naunang repair, nilapagan namin ng graft mula sa bibig ( buccal mucosal graft) at hinayaan muna ng sampung buwan. Pagkatapos ng sampung buwan, ”tinupi” namin un graft mara bumuo ng bagong daanan ng ihi.
