Ang pre-screening po ay sa April 16, 2026 sa 𝐇𝐨𝐥𝐲 𝐂𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐬 𝐇𝐨𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐧 at April 17, 2026 sa 𝐎𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐫𝐨 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐧 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐭 𝐇𝐨𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥.

Magdala po ng valid ID ng magulang at birth certificate ng pasyente. Kung ang pasyente po ay 18y/o pataas, sariling ID po ang dadalhin. Maari po kayong makipagugnayan sa inyong munisipyo para sa transport assistance.
