Sa mga may pasyenteng may cleft lip (hiwa sa labi) at cleft palate (butas ang ngala-ngala), maaari po kayong mag walk-in sa Wednesday (August 21, 2024), simula 7AM hanggang 11AM.

Magdala po ng certificate of indigency galing sa barangay at photocopy ng birth certificate ng pasyente.

Ang PBM po ay located sa #22 East Avenue Diliman Quezon City. Kahilera ng SSS Main, katapat ng PSA, pagitan ng KFC at Mang Inasal.
