5. I manage ang timbang sa pamamagitan ng exercise tamang pagkaen, lalo na gulay, moderate sa karne at unting simple carbohydrates.
6. Aralin ang benepisyo ng fasting at kung paano ang tamang pag gawa nito.

7. Pumili ng exercise na Low impact muna, tulad ng paglalakad, pag bike at swimming para di mainjury
8. Wag sagarin ang sarili, atleast 30 mins muna every day para maging consistent.
9. Kung mag bubuhat naman make sure na mag simula muna sa magaan
10. At during workout dapat marami kang inuming tubig at wag ung mga energy drinks para ma replenish ang ating bato.
