ENDOCRINE CLEARANCE ang hinihingi ng mga dentista bago bunutan ng ngipin ang mga pasyenteng may sakit sa thyroid - mapa hyperthyroidism man yan o hypothyroidism.😍 Sa mga pasyenteng may HYPERTHYROIDISM, nagiging sensitibo sila sa epekto ng tinuturok na local anesthesia na EPINEPHRINE na maaring magsanhi ng mataas na presyon sa dugo at mabilis na tibok ng puso. Maari din itong mag trigger ng THYROID STORM.😍. Sa mga may HYPOTHYROIDISM naman, kapag hindi kontrolado ito ay maaring magsanhi ng labis na pagdudugo sa sugat ng nabunutang ngipin! 😍 Kaya , importante na magpa clearance sa inyong doctor bago mag undergo ng kanit anong dental procedure upang maiwasan ang komplikasyon! 😍

Dental cleanings are recommended to be done at least every six months however, some patients may need to have it done frequently.
