𝗕𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲. 💖

In this year’s 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 (CHS), the PMSA has assembled a league of volunteer doctors 🩺 and medical students 💪 dedicated to providing free check-ups, medicine, and health education to our partner community, 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘆 𝗧𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮. ❤️‍🩹

But this mission isn’t just about our volunteers! They will be meeting other heroes too: the 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 themselves who rise every day for their families. 🌟 Let’s hear it from barangay leaders Chairman 𝗠𝗵𝗮𝗿 𝗨𝗿𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗿𝗮 and Vice Chairwoman 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗮 𝗥𝗮𝗺𝗼𝘀 as they share their experiences with CHS!

Chairman Mhar Urtrera shared that the program has been a great help, especially for those battling common illnesses and in need of medicine, allowing many to regain strength and continue providing for their families. 💊 On the other hand, Vice Chairwoman Marta Ramos added that through CHS’s free consultations and medicines, those who cannot afford private care can be given immediate relief while building a healthier, more empowered community for the future. 🏡

Last November 15, 2025, the PMSA and Barangay Tumana residents had an early Christmas celebration at the Palay Covered Court to build stronger bonds and share the spirit of joy and giving of Christmas! 🎄

The party was filled with games for kids and parents, conversations, good food, and Minute Maid drinks! The PMSA thanks Minute Maid for sponsoring the event with refreshing, healthy Minute Maid drinks. ✨

We are calling for volunteer doctors who are willing to provide free in-person consultations for our annual medical mission in Brgy. Tumana, Marikina City which will be held on January 18 (Sunday).

The medical mission hopes to serve 130 patients of a varied age range. Food and transportation to the venue will be provided.

Noong nakaraang November 15, nagkaroon ng maikling programa at salu-salo ang PMSA at iilan sa mga residente ng Brgy. Tumana, Marikina City upang maagang maipagidiriwang ang Pasko. 💫

Layon ng Christmas Party na magbigay ng saya sa mga residente ng Brgy. Tumana at mas mapalapit sakanila bilang silay ay makakasama ng PMSA sa mga Social Involvement projects sa susunod na taon, tulad ng Linis Lakas at Community Health Series. 🩺🫂

Hindi magiging posible ang Christmas Party kung wala ang tulong at suporta ng PMSA officers at members, sponsors, at ang Chairpersons at volunteers mula Brgy. Tumana!

The Pre-Medical Society of the Ateneo stands with those who demand accountability and the restoration of systems that uphold justice and human dignity. As future health professionals, we affirm that every violation inflicted on our people harms collective well-being and erodes the foundations of a healthy society.
