Calling all freelance group fitness class,Martial arts(Jiu-jitsu,Taekwondo,Judo)Dance,Zumba instructor etc. We have a dedicated area inside the gym where you can conduct group classes.

Located across QC - welcome rotonda a straregic commercial spot.

The space is approx. 5mx10m big with mattings and mirrors.

Ready to unleash your inner power? Join our upcoming Taekwondo class and experience the benefits of increased self-confidence, enhanced focus/ability to follow instructions, improved flexibility & physical fitness.

Learn and improve your skills from the expert by joining our upcoming classes during weekends (Saturdays and Sundays). This is open for ages 5 years old and above. Classes will be held in-person by coach Karlo of dominant taekwondo a member of Philippine Taekwondo Association.

Our gym area is now located at the 4th floor of the same building.
The new place is bigger and better which is more than enough to accomodate our growing numbers.
