Squatting = Simple pero Powerful Exercise!

Para sa mga batang nasa clubfoot bracing phase, malaking tulong ang regular na squatting sa pagpapalakas ng kalamnan, pag-improve ng balance, at pagpapanatili ng tamang alignment ng paa.

Gawin ito bilang bahagi ng araw-araw na routine, guided at ligtas para sa inyong anak.

👣 Ano ang Pirani Scoring?

Isang mahalagang gabay para masukat ang severity ng clubfoot at masubaybayan ang progreso ng gamutan gamit ang Ponseti method. Sa pamamagitan ng tamang assessment, mas nagiging malinaw ang next steps para sa mas maayos na paggaling ng bata.

Maagang pagsusuri + tamang gamutan = mas magandang resulta.

Para sa mga magulang, huwag mag-atubiling magtanong — bawat hakbang ay mahalaga sa journey ng inyong baby.
