A few small steps = a MUCH clearer ultrasound! 🌟

Here’s how to prepare:

👩‍⚕️ For transvaginal scan (TVS):
— Empty bladder
— Best for early pregnancy and gyn cases

👩‍⚕️ For abdominal OB scan:
— FULL bladder (drink 3–4 glasses 1 hour before)
— Wear comfy clothing

📄 Bring:
— OB records
— Previous ultrasounds
— Be ready with some relevant information and questions you want to ask
