Intimate discomfort has solutions.

Some changes in intimate health are rarely talked about —
but they are more common than you think.

These may include:
• vaginal dryness
• looseness after childbirth
• discomfort during intimacy
• mild urinary symptoms
• decreased tissue elasticity

Radiofrequency treatments (such as N-Rose / Sectum) work by:
✨ stimulating collagen
✨ improving tissue support
✨ enhancing hydration and elasticity

The goal is not cosmetic perfection —
but comfort, function, and quality of life.

Women deserve to feel comfortable in their own bodies.

📩 If you’re curious about options, we’re here to answer your questions privately and respectfully.

How we monitor your baby’s well-being.

(Biophysical Profile — BPS)

In the later stages of pregnancy, monitoring your baby’s well-being becomes even more important.

One way we do this is through a Biophysical Profile (BPS).

This assessment looks at:
✨ baby’s movements
✨ breathing motions
✨ muscle tone
✨ amniotic fluid levels
✨ (sometimes combined with NST)

It helps determine if your baby is:
✔ comfortable
✔ receiving enough oxygen
✔ thriving inside the womb

For many mothers, this brings reassurance — especially in high-risk or late pregnancies.

📩 If your OB-GYN recommends monitoring, understanding the purpose can make the process less stressful.

Heavy periods are not always normal.

Many women think heavy bleeding is just part of their cycle.

But sometimes, it may be caused by uterine fibroids (myoma).

Common signs include:
• heavy or prolonged periods
• blood clots during menstruation
• pelvic pressure or fullness
• frequent urination
• anemia or fatigue

Fibroids are common — but they should still be evaluated.

A simple ultrasound can help:
✔ confirm the diagnosis
✔ assess size and location
✔ guide appropriate management

You don’t have to normalize discomfort.

📩 If your periods are affecting your daily life, it may be time to get checked.

Cervical cancer is one of the most preventable cancers —
yet many women are still diagnosed late.

Why? Because early stages often have no symptoms.

The good news:
✔ Regular Pap smear screening can detect early changes
✔ HPV-related changes can be monitored and treated early
✔ Prevention is simple, accessible, and effective

If you’ve never had a Pap smear — or it’s been years —
this may be your sign to prioritize it.

Early detection doesn’t just save lives.
It gives peace of mind.

📩 Message us to schedule your screening when you're ready.

Labiaplasty is often misunderstood.

While some women seek it for cosmetic reasons, many consider it because of physical discomfort.

Some concerns include:
• irritation from tight clothing
• discomfort during exercise
• pain during in*******se
• asymmetry causing friction

The goal of the procedure is to improve comfort, function, and quality of life.

Every woman’s anatomy is unique, and consultation helps determine if a procedure is appropriate.

Aesthetic gynecology focuses on women’s comfort and confidence, not unrealistic standards.

📩 If you have questions about intimate wellness, we’re here to discuss them privately and respectfully.

One of the most important ultrasounds in pregnancy is the Congenital Anomaly Scan (CAS).

Usually performed around 22- 26 weeks, this detailed scan evaluates the baby’s development.

During this scan we carefully assess:
• brain and spine
• heart structures
• kidneys and organs
• limbs and facial structures
• placenta and amniotic fluid

The goal is to ensure that your baby is developing well and to detect conditions that may need special care.

For many parents, this scan is both reassuring and exciting.

📩 If you’re approaching your second trimester, you may ask your OB-GYN about scheduling this scan.

Ovarian cysts are actually very common in women.

Many are part of the normal menstrual cycle and disappear on their own.
However, some cysts may cause symptoms such as:

• pelvic pain
• bloating or fullness
• irregular periods
• discomfort during in*******se

Ultrasound helps determine:
✔ the type of cyst
✔ its size
✔ whether it needs monitoring or treatment

Most cysts are benign, but proper evaluation gives peace of mind.

📩 If you’re experiencing pelvic discomfort or irregular cycles, a consultation and ultrasound evaluation may help clarify things.

Painful periods are not something you should just tolerate.

Many women grow up believing that severe menstrual pain is “normal.”

But when pain interferes with work, school, or daily activities, it may be a sign of endometriosis.

Common symptoms include:
• severe menstrual cramps
• pelvic pain
• pain during in*******se
• heavy periods
• difficulty conceiving

Endometriosis happens when tissue similar to the uterine lining grows outside the uterus.

Early evaluation can help manage symptoms and protect fertility.

If your periods are consistently painful, it may be time to ask questions.

📩 Message us if you'd like to discuss your symptoms.

Many women experience vaginal dryness at some point in their lives.

It can occur during:
• breastfeeding
• menopause
• hormonal changes
• certain medications
• stress or fatigue

This can lead to discomfort, irritation, or pain during intimacy.

But the important thing to know is that solutions exist.

Women deserve comfort, confidence, and quality of life at every stage.

Conversations about intimate health should always feel safe and respectful.

One of the most common questions we hear is:

“When should I have my first ultrasound?”

Most early pregnancy scans are done around 6–8 weeks.

This ultrasound helps:
• confirm pregnancy location
• detect fetal heartbeat
• estimate gestational age
• rule out early complications

For many mothers, this is the first moment pregnancy truly feels real.

Accurate early scans also guide the timing of future tests.
