Ang pagwawakas sa TB ay hindi lang posible — ito ay isang kagyat na pangangailangan.

A partnership bringing us closer to improved TB care and early detection.

We are honored to receive the formal turnover of one (1) unit Remedi-brand AI capable ultraportable X-ray machine through Rotary Foundation Global Grant, made possible by the generosity of Rotary International Districts 3780 and 3680, the Rotary Clubs of Balintawak and New Daejeon, and our partners from South Korea.

This meaningful support strengthens PTSI’s mission in early detection of cases and bringing care to last-mile areas, and marks the beginning of a sustainable partnership in advancing TB care in the Philippines.

We invite the public to visit our clinics for TB screening and check-ups, and we also welcome those who wish to support our life-saving programs through donations. Together, we can expand access to early detection and quality TB care for more communities.

HAPPENING NOW: We’re sharing key learnings from the ramp-up of our Active Case Finding activities using Ultraportable X-rays powered by AI technology.

Thanks to the support of the Korean Institute of Procurement, we’ve been able to pilot this innovative approach and work toward building stronger ACF models, helping enhance TB screening nationwide and contributing to DOH’s goal of 12 million screenings in 2026.

We’re looking forward to partnering with LGUs, NGOs, CSOs, and other partners so that we can further improve this model and learn from each other!

Tuberculosis is not only a health issue—it is a population, health, and environment concern that demands urgent action.

The Philippine Tuberculosis Society, Inc. (PTSI) joined the 10th National Population, Health, and Environment (PHE) Conference held on October 9–10, 2025 at the Heritage Hotel, Manila, with the theme “Equity and Sustainability in Focus: 20 Years of Transformative PHE.”

While we celebrate the incredible strides in health, environment, and population adaptation to climate change, we also observe that TB often remains in the shadows. Yet, those battling TB and their families deserve the same unwavering attention within the broader climate change discourse.

This is why, the Philippine Tuberculosis Society Inc (PTSI) is committed to action! Our Stakehokders Engagement Department and Health Research and Training Department will collaborate to ensure that the TB elimination agenda is firmly integrated into pathways for resilient people and livelihood, a resilient environment, and a resilient business and economy.
