SINTOMAS NG GOITER ‼️

Ang thyroid gland ay matatagpuan sa gitna ng ibabang parte ng leeg. Karaniwang hindi ito nakakapa, ngunit kapag mayroong bosyo or goiter ang isang tao, maaari itong makita o makapa bilang isang bukol sa leeg. Maaaring lumaki ang thyroid gland kapag:

A. Mataas ang thyroid hormones level o ang tinatawag na Hyperthyroidism. Ilang sintomas nito ay ang:
(1) mabilis, malakas, o iregular na pagtibok ng puso (palpitations)
(2) madalas na pagkabalisa o iritable
(3) pakiramdam ng sobrang pag-init katawan (heat intolerance)
(4) panginginig ng kamay (tremors)
(5) pamamayat kahit tama ang pagkain
(6) pagdalas or paglakas ng regla

B. Mababa ang thyroid hormones level o ang tinatawag na Hypothyroidism. Ilang sintomas nito ay ang:
(1) madaling pagkapagod o madalas na pagiging matamlay
(2) sensitibo o madaling makadama ng lamig (cold intolerance)
(3) hirap sa pagdumi (constipation)
