NRA Center for Emergency Management (NRA-CEM), formerly known as VIGILES Academy Inc., was founded in December 2015. It was first incorporated to provide life saving training and programs to the public, and conducted its first training program to on May 2016. NRA-CEM was first registered as an accredited training provider that provides standard and customized courses and training programs in the field of Emergency Services (Fire, Search & Rescue and EMS) and Occupational Health & Safety (OHS). By January 2018, the management team decided to expand from being a training provider to a training, services and consultancy provider in emergency response management.

THE NRA-CEM TEAM
The NRA-CEM team is composed are highly trained and motivated professionals. They are registered and experienced Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) & Paramedics, Firefighters and OHS Practitioners with years of actual field experience, both local and international. Our personnel are all certified by international accrediting organizations to conduct life saving courses, and are also registered members of international Fire, EMS and OHS organizations.
