๐๐บ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐น๐ฑ ๐๐ฎ๐ ๐. ๐๐น๐ฎ๐ฐ is an Associate Professor of the Ateneo de Manila University, and was a Director for the Ateneo Center for Organization Research and Development. He is part of the faculty of the John Gokongwei School of Management, as a member of the Department of Leadership and Strategy. In his prior corporate life, he was a manager over ten years in various institutions such as KFC Philippines, Gloria Jeans Coffees and Seattleโs Best Coffee, where he focused on business management and talent development. He continues working with organizations as a consultant, trainer, and speaker on various human resource and leadership topics. He is a bonafide member and peer reviewer in various Philippine and international associations such as the International Leadership Association, Philippine Leadership Society, and the Psychological Association of the Philippines. He finished his doctorate degree in Leadership Studies also in the same university.
๐๐ผ๐๐ฒ๐ฝ๐ต ๐. ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฐ๐ต๐ฒ๐ has over a decade of experience providing HR consulting services to various organizations. He has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Ateneo de Manila University, as well as a Diploma in Organizational Development from Ateneo Center for Organization Research and Development. He is currently teaching at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business.
