My dearest Torben,
🕊️ Noon of September 1st, 2025—one of the hardest moments of my life. You took your final breath in my arms, cradled close to my heart. I held you tightly, feeling the rhythm of your heartbeat slowly fade, and with it, a piece of mine. Thank you for letting me be there with you, for allowing me to walk with you all the way to the end.
You were a warrior—brave, resilient, and full of love. You fought with everything you had, right until your last moment. And though every part of me longed to keep you here forever, I knew the time had come. An angel called your name, and I had to find the strength to let you go.
Run free now, my beloved Torben. No more pain, no more struggle. Just peace.
Thank you for the nine beautiful years we shared. You were my constant, my comfort, my joy. Through every chapter of my life, you were there—and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
