Big love and gratitude to Teacher Ben and Rianna, who held space so beautifully and guided us through a journey that was both transformational and empowering. 💛 Through their mentorship, I discovered the kind of teacher I want to be—gentle and grounding, safe and secure, open and intentional.

Taking Yoga Teacher Training was hands-down one of the best decisions I’ve made. It deepened my practice, expanded my heart, and reminded me that yoga isn’t just a pose—it’s a way of life. 🙏🏼✨

IPV gave me tools, confidence, community, and most of all, a reminder that the power was within me all along. 💫

ALL sessions are recorded and uploaded into our learning management system that will be made available during and even after the course. It’s a great way to catch up with any lessons you might need to miss. You’re also always free to ask questions during our Sundays together.

And yes, you can even attend remotely via Zoom.

Leaning into technology has made our 200H Vinyasa YTT more accessible to more students. Life happens and we totally understand. We’re here to support your journey to becoming a teacher — however way we can. ✨

I have always been on-off about my practice in yoga but my love for it has never gone away. For the past 2 years, I also started exercising again for mental health purposes. Yoga is simply more than an exercise or movement, its a tool to help you grow spiritually and mentally to help guide you in life.

I chose to join the IPV 200-hr program simply because I thought by learning to be a yoga instructor, it was my way of helping others. I never thought myself to be a teacher but more to be a good support to those who need it. So I can say, this was the best investment I made so far for the year 2025!
