Kinumpirma ng Manila Police District na may kaugnayan sa anesthesia na ginamit ang naging dahilan ng pagkamatay ng 10-anyos na lalaki na sumailalim sa circumcision o tuli sa Tondo, Maynila noong Mayo 17.

Sa resulta ng otopsiya, lumalabas na “subarachnoid hemorrhage” ang ikinamatay ng biktima matapos makita ang pagdurugo sa bahagi ng kaniyang utak.
