Gaano karaming tubig ang kailangan?
• Karaniwang rekomendasyon: 8–10 baso (2–2.5 liters) bawat araw
• Dagdagan pa kung:
– Bilad sa araw o nagtatrabaho sa labas
– Nag-eehersisyo o pinagpapawisan nang husto
– Buntis, nagpapasuso, o may sakit

Mga benepisyo ng sapat na pag-inom ng tubig:
• Nakakaiwas sa dehydration at heat exhaustion
• Nakakatulong mag-regulate ng body temperature

Today is Easter Sunday, let this be our prayer:

Dear Lord,

We thank You with grateful hearts.

Jesus is alive, and because He rose again, we have hope.

Thank You for sending Your Son to die for us and rise again, so we could have forgiveness, new life, and eternal hope.

Thank You because the grave did not win. Sin did not win. Death did not win.

Jesus won.

Lord, help us understand how beautiful and powerful this day truly is.

Remind us that because Jesus lives, we can face life with hope, peace, and happiness.

When we feel tired, afraid, or heavy inside, comfort our hearts.

When we struggle, remind us that You are with us.

When we feel weak, remind us that Your power is greater than anything we carry.

Forgive us, renew us, and draw us closer to You. Help us not to take Your love, Your sacrifice, and Your resurrection for granted.

Let this Easter Sunday fill our hearts with peace, gratitude, and living faith.

Thank You, Lord, because Jesus is risen.

And because He lives, we have hope for today and forever.
