Registration No. 15 100 0887 and Rumex is registered with the FDA in the United States to comply with world wide quality standards. All Rumex titanium instruments are GUARANTEED FOR LIFE and stainless steel instruments for one year against manufacturing and material defects, if they are properly taken care of in accordance with recommended procedure. In the event you find any defects in your Rumex instruments, we will replace or repair them free of charge. Outside manufacturing defects, we have the capability to repair any hand held surgical instrument for a minimum repair fee. Forceps — Straightening, aligning, and remanufacturing of teeth;
