"She is a healer, a mother and a silent fighter."
Fidela Fe Trillana is a mother and a nurse from Mandaluyong. She has spent years caring for others—her patients, her children—carrying silently the weight of high cholesterol, elevated uric acid, hypertension, and fatty liver. Half of her life belonged to those who needed her, the other half to her own family. And yet, she rarely paused for herself. No complaints. No breaks. No time to breathe.
Until one day, she asked herself a simple question:
“Kailan ko naman uunahin ang sarili ko?”
That question changed everything. Not through a grand gesture, but through one small decision: to take care of her own health. Part of her journey included discovering Amazing Pure Organic Barley, a simple daily habit that quietly supported her body.
The results came gently, almost unnoticed at first. Her medical readings returned to normal. She felt energy she hadn’t felt in years. She lost weight naturally. For the first time in months, she felt like herself again.
Fidela is still a nurse. Still a mother. But now, she is also a woman learning to heal her own heart and body—one mindful choice at a time.
For every parent who gives everything away, who stretches themselves thin for everyone else, take a moment to notice this: it is not selfish to care for yourself. Healing does not always start in a hospital or a clinic. Sometimes, it begins with a single choice—a commitment to yourself, your health, and your future.
