QCitizens, ipinagdiriwang ngayong araw ang International Day of Persons with Disabilities na may temang "Fostering disability-inclusive societies for advancing social progress".

Layon ng pagdiriwang na isulong ang mga komunidad na inklusibo at may pagpapahalaga, at pag-unawa sa mga hamong kinakaharap ng mga taong may kapansanan tungo sa pag-unlad ng lipunan.

Dito sa QC, patuloy ang pagbibigay ng prayoridad sa mga serbisyo at proyekto para sa mga PWDs tulad ng livelihood programs, skills training, at job opportunities upang masigurong kasama ang lahat sa pag-unlad.
