It was a privilege and a joy to welcome our newest World Citizen thru our New Hire Orientation Program (NHOP) This marks the beginning of their journey with us—a journey filled with opportunities for growth, collaboration, and making a meaningful impact.

Building Bridges: Communication Skills Training – A Resounding Success!

Held last April 29, 2025, at the Executive Lounge of World Citi Medical Center, our Building Bridges: Communication Skills Training brought together passionate professionals committed to strengthening communication in the workplace.

Throughout the session, participants learned how to align communication with the organization’s vision and values, break down silos to enhance cross-department collaboration, and develop leadership communication competencies essential for today’s dynamic healthcare environment. They also explored ways to build a culture of feedback and accountability, integrate communication into quality and patient safety initiatives, and foster continuous organizational learning as part of a high-performing team.

A heartfelt thank you to all participants for your active engagement, and a special appreciation to our esteemed resource speaker, Ms. Anne Flores, for sharing her knowledge and expertise that made this training impactful and inspiring.
