Hello everyone! I apologize for my absence; it's been a while since my last post. I want to take a moment to thank all of you for your continued support by following and liking my page. While I may not be as active as my brother and mentor, James Acosta, especially in recent months due to my professional obligations, I encourage all of you to persist with drinking barley. The results may not be immediate, but with patience, you will find that the rewards of good health are well worth the sacrifice. Additionally, I would like to express my gratitude to Ms. Maria Carmelita Faustino Martins for inviting me to be part of her Facebook group; I truly appreciate being included.
