The hypothalamus, that tiny but mighty part of your brain, is the real MVP behind falling in love! It orchestrates hormones like oxytocin (the "cuddle hormone") and vasopressin to spark attraction, deepen bonding, and make those heart-fluttering moments feel so real. Even on Valentine's Day, science says love literally starts deep in your brain! 🧠❤️

So today, we’re sending all the love straight from our hypothalami to yours – with all the warmth, care, and connection that makes life (and PT life) worth it. Happy Valentine's Day, future healers! May your hearts (and brains) be full of joy, hugs, and maybe a little dopamine rush. 💕
