Another case of a fall again. Parents were told to extract these 2 front teeth, but ofcourse Pulpectomy and Strip off crowns will always be an option.
Lateral incisors had filling done as well.
Case was managed through conventional method under papoose board restrain 😀 Happy to give relief to this patient. Patient is happy and happy to eat again after a week of food aversion and moody spells from the pain this little one is feeling 🥹🥳

Tooth had Pulpectomy done before and strip off crown broke off. Good thing there was no bone fracture and the tooth can still be built up again.
A new Strip off crown was done on tooth 51 under conventional method 😀 This little princess is happy again 😀 👸
