Hindi ko na natuloy yung fundraising drive to give part of my profits sa mga chosen rescue centers ko. Wala din kasing gaanong orders after Christmas season at busy na din po ako sa trabaho kaya hindi gaano makapagpromote to boost sales. Pero I still send donations to Red Cubs Pet Patrol whenever I can.

PLEASE consider donating to them, any amount can help. Tumatanggap din po sila ng mga in-kind donations such as cat and dog food, old furniture, beddings, or matting (anything na pwedeng magamit higaan ng mga rescues), and construction materials since they have relocated to Antipolo. This year has been one of the hardest years for me, sobrang daming struggle personally, financially and all. Laging anxious, worried about the future. I was clinically diagnosed with anxiety and panic disorder, depression, pero I can’t afford a single therapy/professional help, nagtake lang ako ng medication (antidepressant pills) for months that’s all I can afford, so I have to figure out how to control my anxiety myself. Having an anxiety, panic attack and depression feels slowly dying or baka wala nang bukas, parang tinatanggap mo na na baka sa pagtulog mo hindi ka na magising. Sobrang frustating nung feeling na gustong gusto mong magpa test/checkup but you just can’t.

Itong hawak ko ngayon, isa sa mga bagay na nakakatulong sakin para kumalma ang isipan. Hindi man nya naaalis ang mga worries ko o nasosolusyonan ang mga problema ko, pansamantala nya akong kinakalma, hanggang sa kaya ko na ulit bumangon at kumilos ulit. Dahil ang mundo ay hindi tumitigil sa pag ikot kahit gaano na tayo kapagod sa mga bagay bagay.

I hope everyone who is experiencing anxiety and depression finds their peace and calm. It’s hard, no motivational words could ever calm your storm, but I hope we always get through it. Always choose to live no matter how hard it may seem. Yakap sa lahat ng nagsasuffer with anxiety and depression. 🤍
