As we cap off Women’s Month, we shine the spotlight on a remarkable woman whose strength, dedication, deep faith, and sense of purpose helped shape PascualLab in its earliest years.

Did you know that PascualLab was co-founded by a Filipina?

Meet Leonora F. Pascual, a licensed chemist who, together with her husband Isosceles Pascual, started PascualLab from their home in Tondo, Manila. Together, they built the foundation of what would become a proudly Filipino-owned pharmaceutical company committed to uplifting Filipino families for generations.

Beyond helping establish the company, Leonora played an important role in shaping its image and strengthening its connection with people through her marketing and public relations skills. Beyond her intellect, she was also known for her eloquence, strong presence, and refined sense of style. More importantly, Leonora believed that success should always be matched with compassion. She helped nurture a culture of charity and social responsibility, helping ensure that the company never lost sight of the importance of giving back to the community.

In the later years of her life, Leonora chose a path of even deeper faith and service. She became a lay nun and an author, devoting her final years to giving back to the Lord and, through her life story, inspiring others to live a life rooted in purpose, generosity, and faith. She lived with grace and purpose, leaving behind a legacy that continues to inspire the PascualLab Family today.

Her passion and galing helped shape decades of progress and growth — a legacy we continue to honor and reflect in our everyday work at PascualLab.
