Celebrating strength, compassion, and purpose this Women’s Month 💜

The Philippine Guidance and Counseling Association is deeply honored to take part in this meaningful celebration at the Lung Center of the Philippines—a space where women are not only recognized, but empowered.

As guidance counselors, we are privileged to witness these stories every day—stories of courage, resilience, and unwavering strength.

A heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Luzviminda Guzman, PRBGC Chair, for her inspiring leadership and presence. We also extend our sincere appreciation to our counseling organizations—IPCAP, PGCA-POP, Iota Phi and GCAP—for their continued commitment to advancing mental health and women empowerment.

To our fellow Registered Guidance Counselors from National University Manila, Centro Escolar University, Technological University of the Philippines, De La Salle University, University of Sto. Tomas, University of Rizal System-Morong, Messiah College, DepEd, Far Eastern University and University of the Philippines for showing up and for bringing our shared advocacy beyond our offices and into the communities.

Together, we are reminded that empowerment is a shared mission. And every act of care, every moment of sharing, and every effort to inspire creates ripples of change.

Let us continue to uplift one another—because when women are supported, heard, and empowered, we don’t just celebrate them—we help shape a better, stronger future for all. ✨
