Ang main role ng Gluta sa katawan is to detoxify lungs, liver, kidneys and other organs. Side effect po ung pag puti. 🤗

Normal na magka pimples kapag nagttake ka ng gluta kais nilalabas ng katawan mo ung dumi nito (inum ka din dapat madami tubig)

Kelan makikita ang effect? Depende..

Una, ginagamit mo ba? Kasi kung hindi, bes walang effect talaga.

Pangalawa, depende sa body composition ng isang tao. Iba iba tayo eh. Meron yung iba 2 weeks lang, ung iba 1 month ung iba 2 to 3 months. In my case, it took me 4 to 5months taking 4 capsules a day (Ikaw na bahala magbilang kung naka ilang bote na ko. Gang ngayon umiinom padin ako 😜)

Few months ago, nagkachicken pox ako. Sobrang dami niya, as in kalat sa buong katawan 😭💔

After chicken pox, 15 days palang nawala na scars ko. Pero sobrang pumayat ako kasi bagsak immune system madali magkasakit 😞
