By providing you with a workout line up entailing you to lunge, jump, pull, push, plank, twist in different planes of motion, training sessions utilize whole body movements resulting greater functional mobility. During these workouts, you will perform multiple intervals designed to challenge you to reach optimal heart rate zones offering its greatest benefit in client's weight management efforts. Our program design safely runs high metabolic workouts, which induces an “after-burn” effect, leaving our clients with continuous calorie burning up 24-36 hours after working out.
