Develop learning resources that will help individuals, groups, and communities in their transformation process; 2. Conduct value-based, outcomes-centered, innovative, and strategic training solutions for individuals, groups, and communities, adhering to the right training and development process; 3. Implement sustainable and high-impact community programs and projects; 4. Mobilize corporate social initiatives of business organizations for community outreach; 5. Access grants and endowment funds from local and international donors for free training and development interventions for marginalized sectors; 6. Attain cost leadership in implementing training solutions relative to existing industry practice; 7. Widen our geographic reach across national and international borders; 8. Exceed the expectations of the Board of Directors, partners, donors, volunteers, customers, beneficiaries, and suppliers; and, 9. Gain recognition as a self-sustaining, environmentally sensitive, and socially responsive training solutions provider. OUR CORPORATE SOCIAL INITIATIVES 1. Ninong/Ninang (Godparent) Scholarship and Career Development Program – We sponsor the college education of qualified students and assist them in their career development. A ninong or ninang will be assigned as mentor who will guide, monitor, and inspire the scholar to become a highly productive citizen. 2. Entrepreneurship Capability Building for Small Farm Producers and Informal Urban Settlers – We provide free productivity training and market matching for small farm producers and informal urban settlers for them to contribute in the economic development of the country. 3. Community Outreach in Mental Health and Orphanage Facilities – We organize immersion visits and gift giving to various mental health and orphanage facilities in the province of Bulacan.
